The client is a maximum care hospital operator with 2 locations in Bavaria. The client intends to commission an external management consultancy to implement an enhancement of results. The aim is to get the annual result in the next 24 months Improvement of operational levers. The client reserves the right to extend the contract for the implementation accompaniment by 12 months.
