Description:
Since the regular maintenance of the SAP ECC IS-U systems expires, the transformation to S/4HANA utilities must be implemented as part of this project. The aim of the new network is to develop a system landscape together with the implementation partner, in compliance with the defined framework conditions,which meets the requirements and at the same time enables the most extensive standardization. The transition to SAP S/4HANA is inevitable for the new network due to the end of the regular maintenance of the SAP IS-U systems by the end of 2027. With this project, the existing SAP IS-USystem landscape successfully converted and migrated by ECC to S/4HANA Utilities. At the same time, market communication via the SAP Maco-Cloud must be mapped in order to ensure the long-term in the design of the new network market rollers and the development of new market potential.In order to reduce personal developments and third -party applications, the implementation partner has to mainly use standard solutions and templates. The start of the project is planned for November 1, 2025, whereby the go-live is to take place on November 30, 2027. With a term of around 24 monthsThe project clearly defined phases and milestones in accordance with SAP Activate Methodology that must be achieved to ensure the successful completion. In view of the complexity of this project, the implementation partner must comprehensively prepare the project. The implementation partnermust implement the analysis of the actual state in the form of fit-to-standard workshops, the definition of a target target image and a project implementation with a final stabilization phase. The implementation partner must integrate the necessary process changes into the organization,to ensure a high level of acceptance for the new system.
