Description:
As part of extensive construction measures from mid -July, a rail replacement traffic (SEV) will be set up in the city rail network of the city of Bielefeld under the designation SE 4. This connects all remaining tram branches between Sieker and Kunsthalle and places the connection at central transfer pointsSafe to the rest of the light rail network. The operation takes place with standard joint buses according to the timetable concept and the course maps of the service description. In addition, existing bus lines are adapted to the changed traffic conditions during the construction phase in order to make optimal connection and the smoothlyTo ensure the expiry of replacement traffic. This tender concerns the organization and provision of the Stadtbahn replacement traffic. The aim is to ensure reliable and well -coordinated replacement traffic that meets the mobility requirements of passengers during the construction period.The expected KM and hourly performance as well as the pland data can be found in the service description and the corresponding course cards. Due to possible construction site adjustments, relay prices are queried in order to give the bidders the opportunity to take this fact into account.
