• Client UKM Infrastructure Management GmbH As a 100% subsidiary of the University Hospital of Münster (UKM), UKM Infrastructure Management GmbH (UKM IM) is responsible for coordinating all construction work within the UKM corporate group. In this respect, UKM IM assumes a coordinating role for the present procurement procedure and acts as the client. Information about UKM IM is available at http://ukm-im.de/ Aim of the tender For restructuring and redevelopment In terms of the UKM's infrastructure, several larger projects are currently being planned or already being implemented. The preparation and implementation of these projects on the UKM campus entail a variety of smaller measures and projects. This call for tenders concerns the implementation of a Common Data Environment (CDE) as a cloud solution to support the construction and infrastructure projects of the University Hospital of Münster (UKM). The aim is to conclude a framework agreement which enables the client to quickly create a central, uniform and audit-proof platform for the various measures for the collaboration of all parties involved in planning, construction and operation (e.g. client representatives, external planning offices, construction companies). Scope of services The exact scope of the services required cannot currently be determined. To estimate the scope of services, the client takes up to twenty measures different sizes. In order to receive reasonably realistic offers for this tender, the following quantity structure is specified. 5 measures with production costs of EUR 1-10 million. 3 measures with production costs of EUR 1-10 million of EUR 10-25 million 8 measures with production costs of EUR 25-50 million 3 measures with production costs of EUR 50-100 million 1 measures with production costs of over EUR 100 ...
