According to Section 4 (3) Findag, the client intends the commissioning of auditors with the implementation of exams at financial companies for the business areas of banking supervision in accordance with Section 44 (1) KWG and insurance supervision in accordance with Section 294 (1) to 5 and Paragraph 8, Section 306 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 and 3 vag.

The exams are intended to determine whether the financial companies are the regulatory requirements of the Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 of the European Parliament and the council of December 14, 2022 on digital operational resilience in the financial sector and to change the regulations (EC) 1060/2009, (EU) 648/2012, (EU) 600/2014, (EU) 909/2014 and (EU) 2016/1011 (Digital Operational Resilience Act - Dora) especially in connection with - the delegated Ordinance (EU) 2024/1774 of March 13, 2024 to supplement the Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 of the European Parliament and Council by technical regulatory standards to determine the tools, methods, processes and guidelines for ICT risk management and the simplified ICT-risk management framework,-the delegated regulation (EU) 2024/1773 of March 13, 2024 on the Subject of the Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 of the European Parliament and the Council through technical regulatory standards for specifying the detailed content of the guideline for ve...
