Description:
The evaluation of the promotion of funding "Democracy online 2.0" is made up of formative and hummative elements. The advisory aspects of the formative evaluation are continuously developed in the course of the entire project duration in constant consultation with the client. The summative Evaluation, on the other hand, is primarily carried out by the projects themselves and controlled and merged by the evaluation to be commissioned here. The performance components to be provided in detail includes the following performance components: 1. Participation in a one-day presence start-up workshop in the Property of the BPB in Bonn 2. Creation of a concept for the advisory offer for the projects as part of the funding advertisement "Democracy in Network 2.0 3. Realization of the advisory offer (onboarding of the projects, process analysis, further development) 4. The implementation of the formative evaluation 5. Implementation of a total of 7 qualification or networking workshops 6. Reporting by the contractor in the form of a presence-voting meeting, in which interim results of the current project phases are presented 7. Participation in regular Jour-Fixen (1x a month) for coordination by phone or video conference
