Description:
A service contract for the admission service at the Magdeburg location from 01.12.2025 to 30.11.2026, with the possibility of two contract extension, is to be concluded.
The reception service is to be set with two people in the shift change for fixed operational planning and at least one person replacement use (so -called jumper). In the event of an unpredictable absence, the occupation of the admission service must be guaranteed within 3 hours.
The occupation takes place on all working days in the following period:
- Monday to Thursday on working days from 5:30 a.m. to 7.30pm;
- Friday on working days and on days before statutory holidays and before December 24th. and 31.12. every year from 5:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
In exceptional cases, a longer working time or occupation at weekend events is necessary for events in the service building. The information required for this is carried out at least 5 days before the event implemented. For this purpose, a remuneration is retrospectively.
