Description:
According to the current status, the competent authority provides for an in-house allocation according to Art. 5 Para. 1 VO (EC) No. 1370/2007 in conjunction with § 108 GWB to traffic management Spree-Neisse GmbH, Forst. If this is not possible, competitive allocation is based on Art. 5 Para. 1 VO (EC) no. 1370/2007 in conjunction with §§ 97 ff. GWB and the sektvo.
The subject of the performance is the provision of the Spree-Neisse/West, partial network 1 (SPN-West/1) Combined services of integrated public transport by bus, minibuses and cars in the period 01.08.2027 to 31.07.2037. The Sub-network as a contractual one comprises a total of 15 lines with an annual output of approx. 1.7 million user KM, including approximately 90 % in conventional line traffic and approx. 10 % dependent. All associated lines are regional lines, including a plus bus line with premium quality. Two thirds of the Lines operate the district borders across the city with the independent city of Cottbus or the district of Oberspreewald-Lausitz.
