With the start of the Federal Funding for Energy Efficiency to 1stIn January 2019, various funding programs of today's Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK) were combined in the field of energy efficiency. The funding guideline has been revised several times since then and currently operates under the name "Federal Funding for Energy and Resource Efficiency(Eew). The funding guideline is intended to increase energy and resource efficiency with regard to the goal of greenhouse gas neutrality by 2045 by investing the economy, the proportion of renewable energies in the process heating provision and the German economy in itsDecarbonization are supported.
