Implementation of parts of the overall event of an annual youth engagement congress and a ceremony by the Federal Agency for Civic Education (BpB)
The subject of the framework agreement is the tasks of organizational preparation (partly also the content design) in close consultation with the BpB, the organization, implementation and follow-up of the annual youth engagement congress and the ceremony. The contractor should primarily take on coordinating, organizational and advisory tasks.
The term of the framework agreement begins on January 1st, 2026 and ends when the maximum value of the order volume has been exhausted (525,000 euros/net), but no later than December 31st, 2027. If the maximum value of the call volume is not reached by the orders, the client has the right to extend the term of the framework agreement 3 times by 1 year each. The maximum term of the framework agreement is therefore 5 years.
