Description: Rhein-Neckar Traffic GmbH (RNV) intends to assign an order on the implementation of so-called severely disabled surveys in the network of RNV. In the context of severely handicapped surveys - also referred to as severely handicapped counts - the contractor should determine the proportion of those passengers, which are transported free of charge with severely handicapped card by the RNV so that the transport company can apply for compensatory benefits. The surveys are carried out as samples based on a sampling plan specifying the trips to be examined. The RNV prepares to use an accurate roster with the rides to be submitted and passes on to the contractor no later than 3 weeks before the start of the respective surveys.
