Description:
The district of Emsland, represented by the district administrator (hereinafter: "task authority"), intends, based on Section 5 (1) and 2 sentence 1 No. 1 of the Lower Saxony emergency services law (hereinafter "nrettdg"), service orders for the implementation of services of the rescue service (emergency rescue, Qualified ambulance and components of the extended rescue service) as well as the position/maintenance of the rescue guards required for this and the provision of the rescue equipment required for this purpose to various service providers shown below. For the Procedure procedures are therefore relevant to Section 130 (1) of the law against restrictions on competition (GWB) and §§ 64 ff. Of the 3rd section of the award regulation (VGV).
V. M. §§ 65 Paragraph 1, 15 VGV. The area exception of the Section 107 (1) No. 4 GWB does not apply.
