Description:
The city of Wilhelmshaven intends service orders on the basis of Section 5 (1) and 1 No. 1 NRETTDG for the implementation of services of the emergency services (emergency rescue, emergency transport, qualification. temporary position/entertainment of the rescue guards required for this and the temporary provision of the rescue equipment required for this purpose to different service providers.
Rescue service: a (1) RTW
However, on April 1st, 2028, as part of the implementation for the Los 1 with the staffing of an N-KTW made by the client to give an order. The client is currently assuming a scope of at least 40 to a maximum of 56 hours per week.
Power provider is not entitled to exercise the option right. von 3 months at the intended start of performance of the optioned performance.
