Description:
Engineering services for the planning of district heating lines in the Wolfsburg urban area including the districts. LSW Netz GmbH & Co. KG (LSW) operates an extensive district heating network of approx. 655 km in the core city of Wolfsburg and the incorporated districts and delivers approx. 650 GWh/a District heating to more than 50,000 customers. The district heating is generated centrally in power plants on the factory premises of Volkswagen AG and fed into the urban district heating distribution network from there. The network is now driven between 120 C and 80 C with a moving flow temperature. As return temperatures Set around 60 C on the annual average. LSW Netz GmbH & Co. KG has the requirements of federal funding to implement the requirements from the law for heat planning and for decarbonizing the heating networks, according to which the heat supply is to be converted to greenhouse gas neutrality by 2045 Efficient heating networks (BEW) have a district heating plan for Wolfsburg created as a advance payment. The transformation plan provides for various decentralized heat generation plants based on renewable energy sources at several locations in the Wolfsburg urban area in the district heating network to integrate.
