- The subject of the contract is the conception, organization, implementation and follow-up of the Global Forum for Food and Agriculture (GFFA) in Berlin. Through this framework agreement, the contractor undertakes to provide the services in accordance with the respective individual order (also "project contract") for thecarry out the annual GFFA. The services are provided after a separate order.
The order includes a forecast order volume of approx. 1,400,000 euros (excluding VAT) per project contract. The maximum possible total order volume (contractual upper limit) fFor the entire term is 5,600,000 euros (excluding VAT), but a specific order volume is not guaranteed.
