The aim of this study is to identify and describe the effects of the statutory minimum wage on wagesemployed and businesses in the courier, express and parcel service industries. The focus of the study is on understanding adaptive reactions, actions and motives for action, taking into account the respective contextual conditions. The study is intended to fill gaps in knowledge about the effect of the lawMinimum wage in this part of the economy for which suitable data from company or employee surveys are not available. A qualitative research design will be used within the scope of the project.
