The seminar is intended to strengthen the security of the participants in their role as managers and prepare for leadership challenges such as acceleration of innovation, demographically related shortage of skilled workers, increasing digitization and rapid change in the markets. To do this, you should learn to understand the connection between long -term strategy, continuity and agility and acquire cross -sector, practical knowledge of agile corporate management. Agile methods, e.g. Scrum, are carried out in a practice -oriented manner and networked strategic thinking is trained with quick reacting to change. Methods for efficiency development are presented and tested. At the same time, concrete contacts with corporate representatives, preferably from the Saxon region, are made possible.
