Description:
The aim of this is to give the participants (TN) the basics of interpersonal communication; To recognize behavioral patterns; to successfully use practical talks to master difficult situations.
This im is in particular:
• Brief bases of verbal and non -verbal communication
• Recognize and control behavior patterns
• Construction and implementation of customer/ employee interviews
• Action training Customer/ employee interviews
• Conflict resolution strategies, both in personal conversations and in difficult discussions by telephone from superiors to subordinate / equivalent employees or to customers
• Action training in difficult conversation situations
• Excursus: Optimization strategies for team meetings
• Formulate correctly in writing (de -escalating, factual, neutral and friendly)
Framework contract for 4 years with the extension option by 1 year according to Section 15 (4) UVGO, or Section 21 (6) VGV in conjunction with Section 65 (2) VGV.
1 call is planned each year.
The measure has a duration of 3 days with 24 teaching units (UE).
