Description:
The participants are given knowledge of the topic of hiring procedures and application training for public service authorities.
The focus should be on the situational procedures.
The contractor offers the participants free aftercare regarding the individual application documents and their application strategies up to at least two years after participating in the measure and ensures them through telephone, written or personal advice.

- E and requirements of an assessment center for the public service
- Overview of different test procedures
- Overview and practice of situational procedures
- Overview and exercises in group tasks
- Overview and exercises in individual tasks (e.g. self -presentation, plea, structured interview, postcase) geared towards the requirements of the higher service (possibly with suitable representatives of the authorities)
- Presentation exercise (self -presentation or daily events)
- Role play on leadership behavior etc. Ä.
