In-house allocation of a public service contract for traffic services in the public road passenger traffic area of the district of Saxon Switzerland-Eastern Mountains in accordance with Art. 5 Para.Road passenger random area of the district of Saxon Switzerland-Eastern Mountains in accordance with Art. 5 Para. 1 VO/1370 Connection with Section 108 (1) GWB to an in-house operator

The district of Saxon Switzerland-Osterzgebirge is in accordance with Section 3 of local public transport in the Free State(Public transport) Authority for the public transport and thus responsible authority for the agreement or imposing of community traffic services i. S. v. Art. 2 Lit. B and C Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007. He intends to direct a public service order for the provisionof public transport services according to § 8a Paragraph 3 PBefG in conjunction with Art. 5 Para. 1 VO 1370/2007 in conjunction with § 108 GWB to an in-house operator as an overall performance. Lines 226, 232, 233, 234 and 265 in the district of Saxon Switzerland-Eastern Mountains are to be awarded.Line 226 to the area of the state capital of Dresden, line 265 leads to the area of the Bautzen district (task carrier is always in entirely in the Saxon Switzerland-Eastern Mountains district). The district of Saxon Switzerland-Easterzgebirge has the option, individual additionalTo integrate transport from the further existing lines 228 and 229 in the VVO into the public service mandate.
