Description:
In its association area in accordance with Section 4 (1) Zweckverbandszatzung (ZVS), the ZVBN is a task authority for the road bound local public transport (public transport) and responsible authority i. S. d. VO (EG) No. 1370/2007. The municipality of Bremerhaven has according to § 6 Paragraph 1 No. 2, Paragraph 2 No. 2 lit. b)Bremoepnvg originally responsible for the ZVBN transferred this task. The ZVBN intends to have a public service mandate (OeDA) via public passenger traffic services with motor vehicles to the Bremerhaven Supply and Transport Society mbH (BVV) (to Hexenbruecke 11,27570 Bremerhaven, email: robert.haase@bremerhavenbus.de; Tel.: +49 471 3003 100) to be awarded directly (operator).
The intended award refers to passenger transport services public transport i. S. v. § 8 PBefG and § 1 BremoepnVG. The intended OeDA includes all public transport services of theLine bundle "City of Bremerhaven" in the area of the city of Bremerhaven with outgoing line sections in the area of the neighboring district of Cuxhaven. These are line traffic in accordance with Section 2 (1) No. 3 PBefG i. V. M. §§ 42 - 44 pfefG. Line traffic can be done by bus and othersMotor vehicles are carried out.
Additional line traffic in accordance with § 42 PBefG or (possibly for the first time) in accordance with Section 43 PBefG or Section 44 PBefG can also be recorded during the duration of the OeDA.
