The district of Nienburg/Weser intends to be the responsible authority (Section 4 (1) No. 3 and Paragraph 4 No. 2 NNVG i. V. m. Section 8a (1) sentence 2 PBefG in conjunction with Art. 2 lit. c) VO (EG) No. 1370/2007), a public service mandate (OeDA) via public passenger transport with motor vehicles to the transport company Grafschaft Hoya GmbH (VGH) (Am Bahnhof 1, 27318 Hoya, email: info@vgh-hoya.de, Tel.: +49 4251 93550, fax: +49 4251 935539) to be awarded directly (operator).
S. v. § 8 PBefG and § 1 NNVG. The intended OeDA includes all public transport services of the Line bundle 2 "Nienburg-Landesbergen-Uchte-Rehburg-Loccum-Steimbke-Rodewald" in the area of the district of Nienburg/Weser with departing line sections in neighboring local authorities. These are line traffic in accordance with Section 2 (1) No. 3 PBefG i. V. M. §§ 42-44 PBefG. The Line traffic can be carried out by bus and other motor vehicles.
Additional line traffic in accordance with Section 42 PBefG or (possibly for the first time) according to Section 43 PBefG or § 44 PBefG can also be recorded during the duration of the OeDA. In total, the forgiving Passenger services According to the current planning status at the start of the contract, around 1.28 million timetable kilometers per year in line traffic in accordance with § 42 PBefG.
