The Rostock district intends to act as the responsible authority and responsible authority in accordance with Section 3 Paragraph 3 OePNVGMV in conjunction with §8a PBefG and Art. 2 lit. c) Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007, a public service contract (OeDA) for public passenger transport services with motor vehicles to rebus Regionalbus Rostock GmbH (rebus Regionalbus Rostock GmbH, Parumer Weg 35, 18273 Guestrow) granted. are the subject of the OeDAall current and future road-based public transport services within the area of responsibility of the Rostock district. The transport services included at the start of operations (see Section II.2.7) are described in the supplementary document (see Section VI.1, D). In total, according to the current planning status, the transport services to be awarded amount to around 9.3 million scheduled kilometers per year. The OeDA refers to local public transport services (OePNV) in the sense ofn § 8 PBefG regardless of the design of the form of operation in detail (in particular regular services within the meaning of §§ 42, 43 PBefG and flexible forms of operation if necessary also within the meaning of § 2 para. 6 or para. 7 PBefG in conjunction with §§ 42ff. or §§ 46ff.
