• Description:
• The Federal Ministry for Education, Family, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMBFSFJ) intends to conduct a public tender in accordance with Section 49 Paragraph 1 i. In accordance with Section 8 Paragraphs 1 and 2 and Section 9 of the Sub-Threshold Procurement Ordinance (UVgO), the following services are available awarded: 1. the implementation of the in-house post office service These include in detail: - Processing of outgoing mail ready for dispatch - Receiving mail, parcels and postal exchange shipments - Postal screening and hazard detection incl. necessary information management - Processing of incoming mail in accordance with the requirements of the Joint Rules of Procedure of the Federal Ministries (GGO) and the Rules of Procedure of the BMBFSFJ (GO-BMBFSFJ) - Scanning documents and forwarding them electronic process processing system - Participation in mail sorting and in-house mail distribution 2. Carrying out the courier service (including the transport of files and materials as well as courier trips) within and between the company's office buildings BMBFSFJ These include in detail: - Running errands (sometimes lifting and carrying heavy loads) as well as carrying out courier trips between the BMBFSFJ's office buildings and within Berlin - Assisting in the receipt of mail, parcels and Postal exchange shipments - internal administrative mail distribution (house mail) - Transport, in particular files in appropriate transport containers, furniture, equipment, pallets with consumables as well as loading and unloading activities - Support with postal screening and hazard detection - Equipping the existing printers and multifunctional devices with consumables - Collecting and destroying confidential documents in the containers provided by the client, emptying them Paper shredder - Transport, assembly and dismantling of the client's exhibitions in the company's official buildings and other external locations...
