The aim/conclusion of the measure (s):

The seminar should convey essential basic features of the German legal system and enable the participants (TN) to deal with simple legal problems.

The measure should convey at least comprehensive knowledge and skills:

• Basic features of German law

• Contract law (guarantee, guarantee, limitation)

• Change, reduction

• Positive contractual infringement, contract disorders

• Damage compensation, liability from contract

• Right in public award procedures

• Administrative law

•Administrative act, decision, objection procedure

• Principles of administrative action

• Outstanding liability

Number and duration of the measure (s):

framework contract for 3 years with the extension option by up to 2 years.

1 call is planned per year.

The measure has a period of five days with 40Teaching units (UE).

A UE corresponds to 45 minutes (excluding breaks).

The first measure is expected to take place from
