This construction project involves a partial renovation of the ventilation systems in the laboratory buildings N250 / N220 / N200/ N201 and N202 in the Biozentrum. The central supply air systems (70,000/80,000/ 61,000m³/h/ individual components in the system N202 with 16,590m³/h) including KVS system and exhaust systems (61,000/ 64,000 and 7,240m³/h/ 46,300m³/h/ N202 with 16,590m³/h only in parts) , as well as all regulated volume flow controllers approx. 252 pieces, approx. 132 pieces constant volume flow controllers, approx. 210 pieces mixing boxes etcnd approx. 143 special exhaust fans.
The control of the central air conditioning system and the changes to the room control are carried out by Siemens and are not part of this tender. The work to be carried out includes procurement, delivery, installation, interconnection, testing, demonstration and commissioning of the entire systemmten equipment and installations as described in the service description. The buildings are being rebuilt one after the other.
