Description:
The extension to the Stolberg Rainbow School (GFA 3,665 m2) adjoins the northern end of the existing main building towards the west and is integrated into the slope via two standard floors arranged on a base floor. All ventilation and air conditioning systems are in this extension(KG 430). The foyer and the cafeteria, as well as the kitchen and teaching kitchen, are mechanically ventilated. Toilet facilities and internal windowless rooms are equipped with regulated exhaust air systems. Foyer The foyer can be used multifunctionally. 3 classrooms can be separatedor the room as a whole can be used for events. Therefore, a division into zones in conjunction with a VAV system is planned. The air is processed using a compact device (4,500 m³/h) with a rotary heat exchanger, which is located on the lower flat roof above the foyer aThere is an adjacent music room. The air is distributed via a walk-in ventilation corridor. The device is equipped with a combined heating and cooling register (direct evaporator) in conjunction with an inverter outdoor unit. The MSR technology is integrated into the device and has a ModbusInterface to GLT. Canteen An identical outdoor air unit (4,500 m³/h) is provided for the canteen.
