- The dismantling work described below takes place in the Saarlouis-Roden industrial area, where Roden (Roederberg) district, in a sub-area of the factory area of the automobile manufacturer Ford. (Appendix location plan) The defined dismantling area essentially includes one almost completelyFastened storage space in the outdoor area of the former final assembly plant C, which, after the abandon of vehicle production at the Saarlouis location, is no longer used as a center and delivery area for new vehicles. In the approximately 145,000 m2 area are several, spatially separate, structuralRemoving objects on a built -in total area of approx. 6,600 m2. Dismantling work therefore affects approx. 4.6 % of the total area of the compound. The compound area is limited as follows: in the east through the internal west road, where the western side of the road, • in the north by theFlag foot to the deeper Winterstauplatz, • in the south through Henry-Ford-Strasse (side street), there the green strip, • in the west through the embankment foot of Henry-Ford-Strasse (public street). The dismantling measure concerns the following (described in more detail with the Ford numbering covered)Construction objects: • Born 701: Office building, covered areas, railway ramp, GF: approx. 3,300 m2, • born 704: control center and roofing, GF: approx. 2,228 m2, • born 755: long -term preservation, GF: approx. 168 m2, • born 722: shipping office, GF: approx. 144 m2, • born 771: Sprinkler center and water tank, GF:approx. 570 m2, • born 744: Lokreparaturgrube, GF: approx. 166 m2, • born 703: wagon scale: GF: approx. 40 m2. The above Dismantling objects as well as those specified by the client (AG) are available from the south via the existing, fortified access to the compound at born 722accessible.
