In the course of the removal of contaminated sites and for hazard defense in the Black Pump (ISP) industrial park, extensive area and renovation measures are necessary. In this context, the area of the former cinema ponds is being renovated. The area provides a Source of danger (risk of fire, soil contamination). However, in order to eliminate this state, extensive preparatory work with regard to the topic of "evacuation, renovation, as well as disposal of waste and off -road design" can be realized.
