Description:
On the basis of the economic theory as well as on the basis of empirical data (market data in the past), the study should answer the question of whether the currently applicable levels of filling and the associated regulations in accordance with §§ 35a-H ENWG are distorted, strengthening price fluctuations and, if necessary, the storage filling is more expensive. In addition, alternative instruments to ensure memory filling for their effectiveness and efficiency should be examined and compared.
