The overall measure is to be carried out partly as a conversion or renovation of the existing clinic while the clinic is still in operation and partly as a replacement new building in the local area and with a structural connection to the existing building.
The preliminary investment volume (as of mid-2020) is around EUR 450 million gross (KG 200-700, DIN 276).
The following schedule is currently being considered:
