Win.DN GmbH is planning to build a new technology and start-up center on behalf of the city of Dueren, the Innovation Center Dueren (ICD) in the heart of the resulting innovation quarters (IQD). The ICD is the central lead project as part of the structural change strategy. The goal is thatEstablishment of a multifunctional building that serves as a lighthouse project of the economic transformation, founding funding and knowledge transfer in the Rhenish area. The ICD is intended to innovative start-ups, technology-oriented founders, established companies,Bilding actors and urban business development agency together at one location and thus create a place that enables the establishment, innovation, education and networking equally. The building is to be designed as a highly flexible center with modern, customizable room structures thatcombined multifunctional work, innovation and meeting rooms. The goal is the certification according to the DGNB standard in platinum. The project thus sets standardsFor sustainable, future -oriented development of the innovation quarters.
