Description:
Services of a project taxer - the client (AG), Innovationsquartier Oldenburg GmbH (IQON), intends to establish a research and innovation center for IT at the "Quartier Alte Fleiwa" location. In the future, university and dual education, application -orientedResearch in companies, start-ups and users are brought together on a common campus. On a former factory area, the new construction of two is planned about 500 m from each other from one another and the purchase of existing buildings. On theHistorical areas are available from various building -protected structural systems. Furthermore, the area is used by various service companies, various offices of the city of Oldenburg and a religious community. The construction project is made as a grant building from federal and state fundsfinanced.
