- The University Medical Center of the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz intends to commission the inspection and hygiene cleaning of the decentralized circulating air cooling devices and secondary air cooling devices according to VDI 6022 in the buildings on the university medical grounds. The amount of performance here is around 750 pieces annually. The inspection and hygiene cleaning of the circulating air cooling units must be carried out quarterly.

Recurring services: The following regulations apply to the provision of services: - relevant DIN standards such as DIN 1946 T4 - VDI regulations, - technical standards of the UM - generally recognized rules of technology - hospital hygiene requirements - applicable legal and official regulations The following work steps must be observed in order to provide the services: -Work equipment check for damage. -Setting up the workplace. - Protective equipment: face mask, goggles and gloves. - Protect the work area (cover with foil if necessary), clean the work area if necessary. - Remove solid deposits from visible surfaces and clean them with disinfectant. - Interior Clean accessible air duct surfaces with a vacuum cleaner (HEPA filter). - Check the fan for condition and running noises. - Check the control panel for functionality before and after (switching it on and off) - Disinfectant wet cleaning of the condensate tray (if accessible!) - Drying without deposits of... - Documents:
