For the renovation of the district building of the Federal Environment Agency at Bismarckplatz in Berlin, construction site heating is required for the construction work. This includes the construction, maintenance, adaptation and dismantling of the construction site heating for two winter season, in the period of the winter 2023/2024 and 2025/2026.
The scope of the construction heating system is an outside oil-fired heat generator with a tank, as well as room air heater in the building and the corresponding piping of it.
With the progress of the construction work, activities to change or convert the construction heating system are also necessary. It is to provide maintenance and any regular activities for the operation of the system.
Minimum requirement for the suitability (in addition to FB 211)
For the renovation of the district building of the Federal Environment Agency at Bismarckplatz in Berlin, the following criteria are used as fundamental characteristics for suitability:
