• Short description: The settlement primary school is one of three primary schools in the city of Bad Dürrenberg. The property of the Bad Dürrenberg residential elementary school is located in the northeast of the city of Bad Dürrenberg. Its surrounding development is characterized by residential development and smaller commercial facilities. It is located in the “Old Settlement”, at Richard-Wagner-Straße 2a, not far from the “Bummi” daycare center. The two-story building was built in 1993 and has a developed ground floor and upper floor. The after-school care center is housed in the adjacent building. It can be assumed that the school location will be retained in the long term. The school building has a multi-purpose room with an attached equipment room, which is also used for school and club sports In order to maintain the use of sports in the multi-purpose room, changing rooms were built in 2024 and the sanitary wing on the ground floor was renovated.
