Description:
Renovation of so-called modular classrooms (MUR) consisting of two almost identical, directly adjacent school buildings made of prefabricated concrete modules, which, however, have no direct passage. The two MURs will be completely disconnected from all electrical and telecommunications systems Systems with the exception of the electrical house connection and systems necessary for operation, here for example a pump sump. In general, all installations in the area of telecommunications technology are renewed and brought up to date.
Both MURs have the same structure. Located on every floor There are four large classrooms, two each to the left and right of the hallway, with small rooms between them. These are used either as preparation rooms or as offices or storage. Opposite the stairwell there is a sanitary wing on each floor as well as a room that can be used as either Cleaning supplies room or can be used as a tea kitchen. On the two upper floors there is a second escape route at the rear, which leads from the hallway to a steel staircase. The stairwell is classified as a necessary stairwell.
