- Klinikum Ingolstadt GmbH needs a service provider to ensure logistics services for the maintenance (repair, repair replacement, repair exchange) of the following reprocessable medical devices: Surgical instruments from all manufacturers - MIS instruments - HF surgery Accessories, e.g. handles, cables, electrodes - sterile goods packaging systems, e.g. containers, sieves - motor systems and accessories - rigid optics - cold light cables Flexible optics and products from the manufacturers Karl Storz and Stryker are not part of the contract.
Instrument management
Framework agreement on Logistics services for the maintenance of surgical instruments by their manufacturers. The contractor will collect defective instruments, coordinate repairs using only original parts and ensure trouble-free clinic operations in accordance with all relevant regulations. Essential scope of services: - Repair, exchange and replacement by manufacturers - Delivery of new goods from standard manufacturers (e.g. B Braun, Richard Wolf, Arthrex etc.) - Training on instrument care for clinical staff - Controlling & reporting on quality and costs including recommendations for action - Joint cause analysis in the event of non-standard use or preparation. The contract comes into force on February 1st, 2026 and ends on January 31st, 2030. There is the option of a one-time extension by the client for another year until December 31, 2030.
