• Description:
• Maintenance, servicing, repair, repair replacement/repair exchange and loan provision of medical devices, including transport logistics to and from the client. The contractor acts as a logistics service provider who supplies defective instruments picked up and handed over to the respective manufacturer for maintenance (repair, exchange, replacement). The Greifswald University Medical Center is a partner of Sana Einkauf & Logistik GmbH (Sana EL). The contractor is obliged to provide replacements and external supplies To achieve the most economically advantageous conditions available on the market for repair services and to pass these on to the client completely and transparently. To the extent that Sana applies to the manufacturer or type of service in question EL framework agreements exist and are accessible, these should be used with priority. Bidders without existing Sana EL access must explain in their offer which alternative procurement channels they can use to demonstrate equivalent or more favorable conditions sicherstellen.
