Description: FMS-WM plans to procure company-related insurance for itself and for all affiliated companies in accordance with Section 15 of the German Stock Corporation Act (the FMS Group as a whole). The insurance essentially comprises the cover for FMS-WM as well as the cover coordinated by FMS-WM for FMS Wertmanagement Service GmbH (FMS-SG) and, if applicable, for DEPFA BANK plc and the foreign branches of FMS-WM and FMS -SG at the locations in Italy, Germany, Ireland and probably until the end of 2022 in the USA. With regard to DEPFA BANK plc, please take into account that FMS-WM has started an auction process to sell 100% of the shares in DEPFA BANK plc. Depending on the outcome of this procedure, the scope may be reduced.
This should also be taken into account when designing the new insurance policies to be procured.
