- With close cooperation between the administration, it is an ISEK to work out for the historic city center of Hamm. Development is based on the ISEK "Perspective Downtown 2030". According to a status quo analysis, goals for the development of the city center must be formulated and derive a concept of measures, that contributes to fulfilling the goals. Considerations for the design and implementation of the participation process with citizenship, politics and administration are part of the task. The city of Hamm is expected to To be used in 2026. The presence of an ISEK is regular a requirement for the various programs of urban development. Therefore, ISEK's measures must be examined and qualified for eligibility. A special focus is on measures for climate protection and for Climate compensation adaptation therefore must be taken into account in the goals of the ISEK. The aim is to have a finished ISEK as a maximum of 25-page concept or 25-page summary of the ISEK for a council decision. Individual measures already result from the last ISEK, which are likely to be continued in the new ISEK. The preliminary planning will serve as the basis for further planning for climate -friendly redesign and upgrading the places and streets. Here, selected measures are analogous to selected measures by preliminary planning as part of special services to concretize to LPH 1 and 2 HOAI.
