Description:
Intention to conclude a contract: Contract for the additional free supply of the insured persons of the AOK Baden-Wuerttemberg with aids of the product group 24 leg prostheses of the aids list according to § 139 SGB V including related necessary services such as advice including the Documentation, adaptation, instruction, maintenance and repair as well as home visits.
The contract does not justify a right to the implementation of a certain number of supplies for insured persons of the AOK Baden-Wuerttemberg or a certain delivery quantity.
Supplying contractual partners can onlyBecome a service provider who meets the requirements for an adequate, appropriate and functional production, delivery and adjustment of the aids and who can provide proof by means of a certificate from a suitable, independent body (prequalification body).
