Description:
The client intends to conclude a contract for the supply of insured persons with pharmacial aids in accordance with Section 33 SGB V in conjunction with Section 127 (1). Regarding the
quality of the products and services, the list of aids according to § 139 SGB isV
referred.
A contract is not entitled to a certain number of care or a certain order value. It is the oneDated
contract not about a public mandate within the meaning of Section 103 (1) of the law
against restrictions on competition (GWB), since no economic participant is granted an
exclusive status. The 4th part of the GWB and the award regulation do not apply. It is alsoNot for a call to the competition in the sense of the
public procurement law (see header of the preliminary information). A contractual access is also possible (depending on the
contract type) after the contract is concluded at any time, provided that there is still no
