Description:
The cities of Bedburg, Elsdorf and Bergheim intend to jointly develop what is currently agricultural land on the A61 federal autobahn west of the Bedburg junction into a regionally significant commercial area under the working title "BEB 61". The planning authority is incumbentof the city of Bedburg, since the approximately 40-hectare development area is located in the urban area of Bedburg.
The subject of this award procedure is the engineering services that must be provided as part of the property planning engineering structures (drainage systems). The basic services of the HOAI should be continued from service phase 3, since the planning services of phases LP 1 and LP 2 were already provided in advance. The current processing and planning status is attached to this tender as an attachment
