- Description:
- The cities of Bedburg, Elsdorf and Bergheim intend to jointly develop what is currently an agricultural area on the A61 federal autobahn at the Bedburg junction into a regionally significant commercial area under the working title "BEB 61". Planning authority rests with the Stadt Bedburg, since the approx. 40 hectare development area is located in the urban area of Bedburg.
The subject of this award procedure are the engineering services that have to be provided as part of the planning of the traffic facilities. The basic services of the HOAI should be from the service phasee 3, since the services of service phases 1 and 2 have already been provided in advance. The current processing and planning status is attached to this tender as an attachment.
