Electrical work (heavy and weak stream) Maybachstr. 56
It comprises 7 floors with approx. 32,000 m2. The greatest techn. Restructuring takes place on the intermediate and ground floor, where new court halls, office and cell areas are created.
The safety -related systems (EMA, BMA, safety lighting,ZK system etc.) are completely renewed. A connection for the safety components of the neighboring Maybachstrasse 54 is implemented via an interface in buildings 56.
The existing fire alarm system, previously without full -scale monitoring, is replaced and on oneenlarged full -surface monitoring. The existing central battery system for safety lighting is dismantled and replaced by a decentralized system that is divided according to fire sections.
The video surveillance is completely rebuilt and also extended to indoor areas.
TheEMA secures the outer skin and includes alarm buttons in the court halls.
The NSHV is supplemented for the connection of the sprinkler control in the HLSK area. The existing UP system is taken over and used for court halls. For this purpose, a separate network is set up.
For media technology as wellThe cabling is carried out according to the specifications.
The active technology in the areas of media technology, ZK and IUK is not part of the measure. The transmission network on the ground floor and ZG is renewed.
