Description:
Conversion of ward houses 1 and 2 at the Schwabing clinic site into living with daycare and new building TG: The two listed buildings House 1 (built in 1906, GF 1,970 m2) and House 2 (built in 1909, GF 2,075 m2), which until recently were used as bed houses were used in 132 apartments forNursing staff at Muenchenstift GmbH and Muenchen Klinik gGmbH were converted, including a daycare center, and a TG was also set up. The buildings each have a basement, ground floor, 3 upper floors and attic. There are also 2 connecting corridors with basement, ground floor, 1 upper floor).
