Description:
As part of the construction project, the Osnabrueck University of Applied Sciences, located on Albrechtstrasse, is renovating the AC part of the building, which dates back to the 1960s.
This was mainly used for teaching in the form of lectures in the lecture halls, as well as for research in laboratories and was run by the Faculty
The use will remain as it was, but due to its age it is no longer up-to-date and fulfilled
no longer meet the legal and safety requirements,
especially fire protection and laboratory safety.
Interior renovation Laboratory building AC - painting work
These must be upgraded in terms of fire protection by applying appropriate plastering. In the course of this, all suspended ceilings
but also the screed for the most part expanded and renovated. Further building construction measures include the replacement of all interior doors
to meet the requirements of fire and sound insulation, new ceilings, floors, sun protection/darkening and all painting work.
For this reason, painting work is required.
