- The cities of Bedburg, Elsdorf and Bergheim intend to jointly develop what is currently agricultural land on the A61 federal motorway at the Bedburg junction into a regionally important commercial area under the working title "BEB 61". The planning authority lies with the Stadt Bedburg, as the approximately 40 hectare development area is located in the urban area of Bedburg.
Client, NRW.URBAN Kommunale Entwicklung GmbH places the order in its own name and on behalf of the city of Bedburg. "Promoter for the intermunicipal commercial area development BEB 61 as trustee der City of Bedburg".
