Description:
As the property owner, the city of Reinbek plans the inner and outer renovation of the residential building at the Stettiner Str. 15 location in 21465 Reinbek-Schoenningstedt. The aim is to rebuild an internal and external (energetic) renovation and the roof. The city of Reinbek becomes the building perspective Use residential buildings as accommodation for homeless people. The aim is to realize 18 residential units in the building. Planning services (performance phases 1-9) for the object planning building according to § 34 HOAI 2021 and for the special services required in this context must be provided. In addition, specialist planning services of the structural engineering (performance phases 1-6) according to § 51 and Annex 14 HOAI 2021, the services of building physics according to Appendix 1.2 HOAI and the technical equipment (performance phases 1-9) according to § 55 and Annex 15 HOAI 2021.
